Made on the farm by Jonny and Dulce using milk from their own Montbéliarde cows, it is the only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK — and one of only a handful of its kind in the world.

Named after a 12th-century nobleman, Baron Bigod is a genuine farmhouse brie with a silky texture, golden curd, and long-lasting complex flavours of farmyard, morels, and warm earth.
