Peakland White is our very own artisan cheese, crafted in our creamery at Pikehall Farm in the village of Hartington. A young cheese, matured for just two weeks, it retains a fresh character and a naturally higher lactose content.
Creamy, crumbly, and lightly salty, Peakland White is reminiscent of Cheshire or White Stilton, yet with its own distinctive charm. Mild and versatile, it’s delicious enjoyed on its own, crumbled into salads as you would Feta, or baked in foil with herbs and olive oil for a warm, indulgent treat.
