We are proud to source all our beef from Margaret Heath at Hazelwood Hall Farm, just a few minutes’ drive from our own farm.
The herd is made up of grass‑fed Limousin cattle, raised with care, respect, and traditional farming values – producing beef of outstanding quality, flavour, and tenderness.
Every cut is then aged for a minimum of 21 days to develop exceptional depth of flavour and melt‑in‑the‑mouth texture.
Prepared in‑house by our skilled butchers, each joint, steak, and cut is handled with precision to bring out the very best in this premium beef.
