All Butter Croissant x2 – Great Taste Award Winner

Light, flaky, and irresistibly buttery, these sweet pastries are made in France to a traditional recipe.
Simply leave out to prove overnight, they will double in size making them a real winner for a Christmas breakfast.

Prove overnight on a baking tray at room temperature, then egg-wash and bake at 190ºC /  170ºC Fan /375ºF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
