At Hartington Creamery, every wheel of our award-winning Blue Stilton is crafted entirely by hand. Carefully pierced and matured for nine weeks, it develops the signature tangy-yet-creamy character that makes this cheese so distinctive and sought after.
This exceptional Stilton pairs beautifully with crisp celery, ripe pears, and fresh fruits. It also shines in the kitchen — enriching sauces, elevating meat dishes, or taking centre stage on a cheeseboard alongside a fine bottle of port or a robust red wine.
Every Hartington Stilton is made under the strict quality license of the Stilton Makers Association and proudly carries UK Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. Nestled in the picturesque Derbyshire Dales, our creamery at Pikehall Farm is the only place outside Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire permitted to produce Stilton. Using only the finest local milk, we uphold generations of tradition to create a cheese worthy of its heritage.
